Main characteristics:

The saccharification system adopts the recommended design structure of global craft brew company, and its overall layout is compact.
The agitator and pump of saccharification system is equipped with frequency converter, to control saccharification stirring and filtration speed, protect equipment and improve wine quality.
The whole design is easy to clean and no dead angle, the system is semi-automatic, with high continuity, and greatly shorten the time of saccharification and brewing.
The fermentation wine storage system realizes automatic temperature control, and each module is equipped with 4 sets of 0.2m³ fermentation tanks.
According to the needs of customers, the number of fermentation tank can be expanded to 8 sets in one integrated module.
Adopts Siemens PLC control system, easy to operate, mature technology, is the current development trend of craft brew in China.
