Full Automatic Microorganism Spread Cultivation System

System composition: Hansen tank (90L), primary spread cultivation tank (90L), secondary spread cultivation tank (500L), CIP tank and CIP circulating pump, yeast delivery pump.

System characteristics:

Each stage spread cultivation tank includes a multi-functional tank top device (functions of no dead angle cleaning & sterilization & automatic oxygen flushing & automatic back pressure etc.), automatic rising/cooling temperature control device, aseptic sampling valve device, anti-mixing discharge valve device, and a high and low liquid level control device, with unique design .
- The system is equipped with a complete clean air treatment system (clean steam filter + air primary filtration + air fine filtration + air aseptic filtration), to meet the needs of aseptic air or CO2 during the whole process of production site spread cultivation .
- The culture tanks at all levels have the functions of automatic flushing of oxygen or CO2 (anaerobic culture).
- Hansen tank & primary culture tank have the functions of secondary high-pressure sterilization, automatic positive pressure protection and temperature control, automatic feeding and discharging.
- The system is equipped with CIP automatic cleaning system device, which can satisfy the automatic cleaning of system single equipment and pipeline system.
